How this is designed to work

This site is built as a static front end that can be hosted on english4.mnhsenglish.com. The form can post to a Google Apps Script web app, which then writes each entry into Google Sheets. The archive can pull those entries back as JSON and display them here as a clean historical record.

  1. Host these files on your domain.
  2. Create a Google Sheet to act as the PLC database.
  3. Deploy the included google-apps-script.gs as a web app.
  4. Paste your Apps Script URLs into app.js.
